Moving from Lightspeed Retail to Shopify POS
Lightspeed catalogs often use matrix items and custom fields. We map them to Shopify variants and metafields, and move customer records and stock by location.
The short version
Products and customers move; catalogs with more than three option types need restructuring for Shopify; stock by location is loaded per location and confirmed with a count; some hardware may be reusable, but check models against Shopify’s supported list first.

How the move starts
Step 1: Five-minute intake
Tell us what you run today, how many locations you have and what is not working.
Step 2: 45-minute call
We walk through your counter, stockroom and website with you, on video or in person in the Philadelphia area.
Step 3: Written assessment
Within three business days: your current costs, what does not connect, a cost comparison at your sales volume, and our honest verdict, including when not to switch.
Step 4: Fixed-price quote
If switching makes sense, a fixed price and a cutover date that avoids your busy days.
